'DRIFTER' is a Wexford-based Indie Feature Film that contains significant themes of Mental Health in the form of alcohol addiction and PTSD.
The two key male characters, Wilson and Chris, are finding different ways to overcome the behavioural and emotional challenges facing them after years of burying their heads in the sand.
The film shows how the two men find their way down the road to Mental Health Recovery with the support of their partners and Wilson's family, and their own dedication to hard work and training.

This is Jamie Cross, a member of the cast of our film, who came over from England to join us for the Second Shoot back in January 2018.

Like Chris, one of the characters in the movie, Jamie lives with PTSD, and it is to his never-ending credit that he undertook the journey to play an important part in 'Drifter', in the role of John the Contender!

Jamie is a great example of how to live with courage, determination and hope. A true fighter.
